The June 2nd Qualifier is rapidly approaching. This Friday, May 3 marks exactly 4 weeks until Practice Day. As we get closer, we hope you are all out there getting your routines down and finalizing your music. We are hard at work making sure all entries are reviewed, all follow-ups contacted, and all the information we need to start the Order of Go and RV/Stall assignments. Early Bird Pricing Ending soon!
Early Bird Pricing will end Thursday night, May 2, 2024, at midnight. After that, all pricing will go to regular rates. If you plan on attending and have not submitted your entry, go ahead and get them in to save on your entry fees. At this time, Music is not required to be submitted along with your entry. Once we have the Order of Go, a separate Music Upload form will be made available to easily match your class and respective music.
Order of Go, RV/Stall Assignments
When Valarie returns from her trip – that will hopefully include lots of amazing pictures to share with us – we will be putting together the tentative lists based on all entry information we have at that time. Entering early or before that time helps us make the best decisions possible in setting the order of go and assignments, without having to bump people around at the last minute. These should be available by the end of next week but keep checking here and listen for updates on when that information will be ready and sent out. Please hold all questions about where and when for these until those lists are available, but PLEASE reach out if you have any changes or updates.
