I agree, the undersigned, for and in consideration of permission given by the arena rental facilities, in conjunction with Sunshine State Mounted Drill Team Association, LLC to enter the premises, ride horses and partake in said equine activities, do hereby voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by the undersigned member.

Under Florida Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable of any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
