Here is the entry form for our February 2022 Qualifier. Please note that the entry form has changed since last season. This should make it easier to fill out. The biggest change relates to the deadlines. This year, instead of having tiered due dates for all the items, you will need to submit a COMPLETE show packet including entry form, coggins, short program diagrams, music, courtesy lap write-ups and payment. When you submit your COMPLETE packet will determine the cost per class/stall/RV.
Don’t forget that each rider must be a member of SSMDTA in order to compete. You can submit your memberships as a team, or individually. This must be done prior to or submitted with your entry forms to ensure all riders are members.
