Hello Drill Teams!I hope that everyone is doing well and is excited for the next drill team qualifier … it’s less than 6 weeks away! Oh, my! It’s time to think about getting your paperwork in! We’ve all got a lot going on, but paperwork shouldn’t be that hard. I’m going to be a stickler about the due dates this time and if your paperwork isn’t in, the $50 late fee WILL be imposed. I don’t care if you text, email, mail or send it via carrier pigeon, I just need to have the information, please.
I’ve attached the entry form to this email and below are the due dates for all items. Remember the faster you get me the info I need, the less emails and texts you’ll get … LOL.
August 13 – Entry Form, Rider List and $100 deposit DUE. Deposit can be sent via PayPal to SSMDTA@hotmail.com (please use Friends and Family to avoid fees). Form and List can be emailed or texted. If you don’t know all the details, get me as much as you can. It’s a lot easier to swap 6 riders to 5 riders or Suzie for Kate on the paperwork than to wonder if you’re entering the class at all.
August 27 – Courtesy lap write-ups for Theme Classes only, Short Program Diagrams, Coggins Sheet and Music DUE. Coggins sheet is attached to this email as well. I have music saved from prior competitions and I’ll send lists to teams once I’ve received their entry forms, so if you’re music hasn’t changed, this could be a quick check box in the done column!
September 3 – Final payment is due. You can mail a check or send via PayPal to SSMDTA@hotmail.com via Friends and Family.
