We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the SSMDTA qualifier this weekend. Here’s to wishing everyone safe travels as you make your way to the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center tomorrow.
Each team will have an hour to practice in the arena, but it must be before 8 p.m. as that is when the arena will be closed and prepped for the competition on Saturday. We are not making practice time assignments, so please be courteous to other teams so they can get their horses into the arena. If you feel you need additional practice time, there is an outdoor arena with lights that will be on late.
Stall and RV assignments have been sent out to all team captains.
Saturday there will be a Captain’s Meeting at 9 a.m., but if you’re in the barns early the food vendor should be set up by 7 a.m. for breakfast. They will also be serving lunch and will stay at the arena until approximately 2 p.m. Please plan accordingly if you want to get food from them.
