Sorry for the delay in getting the State Fair qualifier paperwork out to everyone. The paperwork as well as the Coggins form has been emailed out to all the teams. You can also download the files below.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Florida State Fair on February 19th. Please let us know as soon as you can if you’ll be attending so we can plan the Order of Go and awards.
Paperwork and a deposit is due by January 25th. Paperwork can be emailed to SSMDTA@hotmail.com and monies can be sent via PayPal to the same address, if that makes it easier on you and your team.
